With more than 25 years of consulting and project management experience in information systems for companies in Cyprus and internationally, Elia leads the SAP SuccessFactors practice within Supernova Consulting. She has been leading major SAP solution implementations and oversees implementation projects for customers globally. With her broad perspective of enterprise systems with a specialty in Human Resources Management Systems, she contributes great value to the management of projects and design discussions as well as to customers throughout the stages of their solution implementation.
Elia holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems & Operations Management from the University of Arizona, USA and a Master of Science in MIS from Roosevelt University, Chicago, USA
