Christos Tsolkas is Chief Executive Advisor, acting CEO of Psaltis Autoparts, and Managing Partner of Mountline Advisory Ltd. Christos is an entrepreneur, investor, executive advisor, and author of The Gift of Crisis.
His background spans more than 30 years in general management, marketing, and sales with multinationals including Philip Morris International and Diageo, and big nationals like Delta Foods & Dodoni Diary. At Psaltis Autoparts, Christos is engaged with one of Cyprus’s leading automotive aftermarket businesses: a Nicosia-headquartered importer and distributor of vehicle parts, lubricants, and garage equipment, founded in 1970.
Through Mountline Advisory, he works with business owners and executive teams on M&A opportunities, executive management challenges, business-model redesign, and value creation. Educated at Imperial College London, INSEAD, Stanford, IMD, and the National Technical University of Athens, Christos brings a pragmatic, international perspective to strategy, turnaround, innovation, sustainability, and governance, making him a strong voice on how CEOs can lead through uncertainty and renewal.
